Target Out Of Range (when in-range)

Hi,

For the past few days weaponskills have intermittently not been firing off because target was "out of range" - however I was definitely in-range. It's bad enough that I cannot go into dungeons or high-level areas.

Details supplied are for the last incident, however this keeps happening in any fight.

Time: Approx 16:15 BST was the last incident
Frequency: frequent for the past three days

Party or solo: Both (last incident was solo)
In-game time: 16:15 BST approx.
Area and coordinates: CWH 31:35
Steps:
1. I begin any fight, in FATE, dungeon or a random mob
2. some hits fire off as normal, but then the "Target not in range" error flashes
3. I continue being unable to fight, even if I am right next to/on top of mob
4. Randomly the skill will then fire, often after enough time to prevent combos from working.
