Prepatch:
Legendary node Min/Btn gave 8-8-9 (as far as I remember)~
Adamantite/Chysahl gave 8-8-9 depending on collect level
I forget if fishing was the same as I barely collected any
Postpatch:
Legendary node gives 15-16-18 depending on collect level
Ada/chysahl now gives 12-13-14 depending on collect level
Star 'Legendary' (Loosetongue fish for me today) now gives 21-22-25
Thats plenty, shortens the amount of time you need to collect for those 450 scrips by a lot.

I made about 25 Deep Fried Okeanis to turn in this morning. They were going for 9 last night. They were going for 9 this morning. If I didn't know about the supposed "increase" I might not have noticed. But for the CUL turn in today, zero increase.
FSH has increased from 10 / 11 / 12 to 14 / 15 / 16 (+4) so decent-ish but could have been beter I'd say. The bigger issue is that screwed up Red scrips weekly reset has not been fixed for many by today's maintenance (myself included) so even with increased collectables rewards we're about to miss the whole weekly cap as I seriously doubt SE will fix this in followig two days and even if they will it will be basically impossible to cap in such short time as most people's inventories are already overflowing anyway without trying to keep aditional bunch of collectable waiting for turn ins ... :(
I'd say the increase is pretty decent personally.
I admit I've not started hitting my face against the wall that is red crafting scrips yet, but it seems that changing harder crafts to give way more scrips, while keeping easy crafts cheap is a better method than just giving a flat % increase. You'd still be in the same situation of everyone levelling CUL to 60 to use the easiest/cheapest crafts.
Gathering is a nice buff, but I didn't really feel it was needed in the first place as you could farm 450 scrips pretty comfortably in about 3-4 hours (plus about 2000-2500 blue scrips).
What I wish they'd improve for gatherer is the favor grind - 11 1/2 hours a week is absolutely ridiculous.
Still bad for fishers.
