Time to make another post. The routing during peak hours for ffxiv with Fios customers is literally unbearable. I called my ISP over 4 times made complaints and follow throughs just for the run around. There is no way for me to use any program to fix my packet loss because I am a ps4 player.
What do we have to do to get a fix? Do i really have to get both SE and a General Manager of Verizon on the phone together? I am a paying customer for over 2 years. Can something get done to fix this?
