PLD Looking For Static

I'm currently looking for a static for HW content. My availability is 9:30 pm-2am pst Sun - Thurs. My ilvl is 192.

Hello!

I'm an i191 MNK hoping to form a non-primetime static for Alex Savage. Your schedule fits very nicely with mine, so I hope you would be interested. I'm building this group from the ground up and will probably help new members progress through old raid content to build better group synergy. That said, it might be a while before the group is ready for A1S.

I'm looking for members who: 1) know their jobs well and can bring the necessary dps to push new content; 2) bring their raid food and potions or make arrangements with me to have it crafted; and 3) have shared goals and do their part to create a congenial group atmosphere.

While it is not a priority that the group push content rapidly, I hope to see progress from each week to the next, so that the group does not lose morale. As the group takes shape I will look into getting a voice chat server, and will use a text app to keep in touch with members. Please let me know if this looks like a viable raiding option to you.

Bump to see if any needs have changed. I've now bounced in and out of a couple statics that can't maintain focus/ don't care about showing up and actually doing runs. Ideally, I'd like to find a fun group of people that also want to show up consistently, but I'd be happy with a group that just meets regularly during my available times. I have a pile of ESOs banked atm, since I really don't need ilvl195+ to do NeverReap, but I can bump gear again if people actually want to do things.

Hey! So do you have any experience in Alexander savage? My group on Sargatanas is currently looking for a tank. Our current run times are 11 pm pst-2 am pst sun-thurs. If you seem like a good fit for the group I would be willing to pay for you to transfer here as well.
