The increase in stats MAY seem miniscule.
But, I went from 404 base CP to 422. If you do the math, you'll realize its a very intention difference of 18 cp, or a free precise/basic touch. many of you may have already mathed this out, but I only just noticed it after completing the last piece and saw the number in my face. One extra free touch is actually a big deal. Couple with a minute but useful increase in control (not really much increase in craft but thats ok), and the fact that there the only omni parts left, the accessories are actually worthwhile, contrary to what many have been saying.

Nope, it's 17CP, full i137 set's CP cap is 405 (the earring cap at 8CP instead of 7CP like others)

You do get that increase if you don't cap craft but instead keep it the same. So cap CP and Control, and keep craft at +6 instead of the extra +9. Once you hit a certain point with craft, it doesn't really help to add more until you can add ALOT more, which is what the other pieces are for. This way is til VI's down the line, but atleast no V is needed.
turns your right its 17. not as lovely as 18 =( but still not an amount to CP to scoff at.
