I know my way around Toto-Rak and would be happy to run the dungeon with anyone on Wutai. I'm typically on weekends and evenings US Central time (GMT-5, GMT-6 when not under Daylight Savings).
You should post in your respective server forums where people from your server will more than likely see it. Moderators should just close this.
