GC Mission Bug

Hey,
Time: 02/08/15, approx. 8 PM GMT
Frequency: Always
World name: Excalibur
Character name: Bayer Neverkusen
Class/Level: 60 BRD
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Don't know
Area and coordinates: Adder's Nest, New Gridania
Steps:
1. Buy 10 Spiritbond + durability potions with seals
2. Go to the quartermaster to exchange armor for seals.
3. I talk to the NPC, that says that I don't seem to be affiliated with the Grand Company, even though I am in the Twin Adders. Since then I have not been able to go to the deliveries section.


When I go to my GC quartermaster to do an expert delivery, it says I am not affiliated with that grand company even when I am. Can anyone help please?
