Red Crafter's scrips did not reset

Time: Sunday (2/8/2015
Frequency: once
World name: Balmung
Character name: Raubahn Daz
Class/Level: 60 GSM
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 11:48 PM
Area and coordinates: Idyleshire
Steps:
1. Go to Currency tab
2. Red crafters scrips arent reset for this week
3. Miss out on a whole week of red scrips

Connection Specs
- Type of internet connection/provider: Fast telco


Am frustrated to see that I capped my Red crafters scrips last week on Friday the 24th only to find that after Tuesday reset and Thursday reset that my red crafters scrips are still at 450/450 , they didnt reset for me and that basically means am missing out on a whole week of 9 red crafter tokens which would net me a Crafter body piece that would push me to , please fix this and please try to compensate the people who ran into this issue.

I am also having this issue. I don't have permission to post on Sartori's thread for some reason, and the post that I made on the matter got taken down. Can we get a dev to address this please?
