Refunded license still connected to account

Good morning!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so please feel free to move it to the appropriate forum if necessary.

I was one of the early purchasers of the Mac client who subsequently received a refund. (Thank you! :)) However, when I look at my list of licenses in the Mog Station, the Mac client license is still attached to my account. Additionally, I seem to have retained the 30 days of free game time that came with the Mac client.

I've since purchased the PC version of Heavensward and all is well with that, but I want to make sure that the return/refund on my Mac client was done all good and proper so it doesn't cause any problems for me down the road. I submitted a ticket through the support system, but the reply I received about two weeks ago was this:

I'm not sure if the problem (if there is one) was fully understood. Maybe all the refunded Mac licenses are going to be purged en masse at some later date?

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'd like to think that if the Mac client is ever fixed up, I'll be able to re-purchase and re-add it to my account.
