Misisng items from a SE hosted server event

Hello SE

I am posting on behalf of my free company Konvict Gaming in regards to the recent Heavensward Recruitment Video Contest.

I have also contacted The free company White Wind who were also winners alongside us.

I can confirm no free companys that won that event has received their prizes yet, and in the forum thread it said they would be issued within 2 weeks of the winners being announced and it has been over a month now so would like to know what the progress is with it.

Also apologies if this is the wrong forum to submit it, however its an unique support request.
