[Malboro] How much should I save?

I'm looking to buy a personal house on Malboro. A small plot is enough for me since I'm just a casual player. How much should I save? I know there's new wards rumored, but since I probably won't be able to get a new plot in time, does anybody know how much I should see about saving up?

I had asked the same question in http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...elinquish-land , and got some good information. Typically, expect to pay more for the relinquish than the actual land is worth, BUT you might get lucky. I found one where the seller only wanted 1M to relinquish.
