Made some better screenshots now.
Just standing still, might look it better on different /changepose. Its a graphical character bug on the bard tights. Did not see this on the other gear sets. As far as I know.

Something is clearly wrong with the character graphics on the left side under the belt. (fram back) Like it go outside the form somehow. Shouldn't be like that.
