cant server xfer

anyone know why i cant server xfer to Adamantoise

Gotta hold a certain toxicity level to get onto Adamantoise, welp that's my theory. Any one else got any ideas?

Maybe server's full? try again sometime later if that's the case

character creation is open and you can transfer to server that you cant create new ones on anyway
