Steps:
-Cast Synastry on a target
-Use Time Dilation on said target
-Time Dilation increases target's Synastry buff, BUT, DOES NOT INCREASE SYNASTRY BUFF ON AST.
-Synastry buff on AST wears off @ 20 seconds, the 35 second Synastry buff on target wears off even though it says there are still 15 seconds remaining.
-Conclusion: Using Time Dilation does not increase Synastry duration because it does not increase the Synastry duration on both the target and the user.
-Proposed Fixes: Please sync the Synastry buffs so that if the timer of one increases, so does the other. Or, please change the Synastry buff icon on a time dilationed target to reflect that it has no effect by not increasing said timer.
