Let us know our OWN damage per second

I know parsers are not generally accepted, as some may use it to "find out the weakest links" in the party and kicking them out.

Knowing the dps of other party members can cause bad blood, I agree, but I don't understand why players can't be told their OWN performance? It's hard to tell if you're progressing in a high-end raid when the game offers no tools for dps information, other than gut-feeling. This is why we PS4 players will never be among the first ones to clear newest raids.

You implemented Fighting Dummies to enable people to try out rotations in their estate. If you want to keep it simple, the least you could do is make the Fighting Dummy tell how much you inflicted damage in a given timeframe?

This would reduce players from "turning to the dark side" (getting a 3rd party parser), which in many cases starts from a sincere I want to know my damage, but can quickly turn into an ugly I will grief the others agenda...

I agree, a personal meter would help let people who are interested see where they stand without resorting to third party apps. Might help encourage people to better themselves as well when team mates of the same class with similar gear can push out more damage and share numbers.
