Grand company update, Hero recognition system 0.0 Sounds cool, what do you guys think about this?

It is hoped that recognizing outstanding individuals in this manner will not only improve company morale, but also provide further motivation for all who fight under the golden standard."

Will this be like a Grand Company ranking system? and will there be any advantages in being in the "Hero List"? I think this is really interesting!

Can't wait to find out!

I think its a waste of time. Its like Vanadiel Tribune.

If anything they need to start building ingame ranks and menus.

The artwork is AMAZING. I wonder who the woman on the Gridania one is. She doesn't look much like Kan-E-Senna.

The artists did a stellar job for this. Please, SE, release a proper artbook soon!

Her large breasts are designed to lure people away from Ul'Dah.

This was a great change...if there weren't class/rank restriction in every company stuff added until now that girl from Gridania banner would have me joining twin adders.

Still, this change was very good since it organized the page alot.

About the Hero list, it's also very nice....it might stimulate the players in taking part of company content. I just wonder how it will be calculated...maybe we having performance evaluation after company leves, caravan escort and stuff? After all it's common we having some kind of ranking while talking about instanced content...maybe instead of a local ranking they will put an overall ranking from all company content.

I just hope that it isn't just based on the daily amount of seals obtained...it would be at least silly... ^^:

I'm now extra happy that the grand company I chose is represented by BOOBIES.

They aren't even regular big, They are JOIN GRIDANIA big. Perky too.
