They do reset weekly.
On Thursdays. :s
Ok I thought the only weekly reset day was Tuesday's and that it was a mess up. Thanks for your quick response

It states in red if you scroll down to the "items" section:
* The weekly limit on red crafters' and gatherers' scrips gained will reset each Thursday at 1:00 a.m. (PDT).
