Sheltron should be 1-2 second block

The reason being...on many fights a random autoattack will screw your day.

It already has an absurdedly long animation delay (about 1 second to actually pop up) coupled with timing it well, it really should be on demand guaranteed mitigation.

Especially noticeable on Ravana, where it is about a 50% chance Ravana will just do a random no animation no delay melee attack right before blinding blade.

Use other cooldowns. You don't have any shortage of anti-phys CDs.
I could see this being a worthy complaint if Sheltron's CD was at least a minute long.

I know what you're taking about, and I learned when to activate sheltron to block blinding blade.

Shortening the length wouldn't really accomplish much in its current state just use it at the right time. This can be pretty tricky due to latency though.

I feel like they should definitely make it block magic damage for one. Or at least cut it by 50%...

They could also make it so it only blocks attacks that deal over 15% of your max HP and increase its cool down a little bit. It would be kind of easy mode but you'd still have to know when the tank buster is coming.

Sheltron has some sort of auto trigger effect on big hits, I've noticed it in Alex Savage(where autoattacks and cleaves are closely weaved) and T13 while unsynced(an autoattack wouldn't trigger Sheltron directly after the long cast of Flatten).

This i have also noticed.

I feel like all the cries of 'git gud' would have any merit in a game with better servers. :V

'Cause like all abilities th' effect is animation locked, but already happened. The flatten went off, ate the block, then an autoattack occurred, then the flatten 'happened'.

It's the same idea as benediction an' hallowed ground hittin' ya but endin' up on yer corpse.

I almost think sheltron should block magic instead of physical. Wouldn't get eaten by an auto-attack that way.
