Ah so it's the new update. Pretty cool.

As for the Two Hander, I think the blade is a little busy, but other than that, it looks alright.

It's just one of many types of two-handed blades.

That specific sword would be a Zweihänder, I believe.

I mean, the way I see it, Thaumaturges and Conjurers have both One-handed and Two-handed weapons. I don't really see a reason for them to not toss 2h swords to Gladiators. It would simply allow them access to a more potent weapon when soloing or not filling a direct tanking role.

Basing an entirely new class around the Greatsword seems like it would be kind of a moot point with the variety of DPS classes we already have.

That Great Sword looks pretty cool, find it funny people complained about the ifrit weapons not looking correct and then that GS looks like a man made normal weapon and people complain about it too... man I love this forum *sarcasm*

one reason to not give them to gladiators would be that gladiators already also get daggers, though I'm not terribly well informed about how different they are from regular swords

I'd imagine it'd more likely be a marauder weapon honestly.

i think the sword looks pretty cool. dont really care for the art so maybe itd look even better in game.
