CM Support needed or Assistance in General RE: HW FC Recruitment Contest

We need to speak with a community manager RE: a recent contest, the HW FC Recruitment Contest, and are not sure who to reach out to-

Our FC (Oath to Order on Gilgamesh) was one of the contest winners, and its been over a month since the winners announcement. We've grown due to our video, as w/ the release of HW, and purchased a larger house.

We got a great deal on a plot already owned by another FC, and are all transferring at the moment, and Meredith Raye has taken ownership of that FC.

We want to be sure that everyone who was eligible to win the contest will still get their prize-Mandragora Choker-those who were in the FC prior to the winners announcement.

I contacted Square Enix Support, via in game support system, phone, and SE website, and they have directed us to the forums - stating we needed to speak with a Community Manager for help.

Please help!

Here is the answer I received from a GM in-game, of which is why we are attempting to post here:

"Hello and thank you for your GM call. We sincerely appreciate your desire to share your feedback and apologize for being unable to speak with you directly. GM's do not moderate or facilitate rewards won through community contests. We advise that you submit a post on our official forums in order to contact our community managers. Thank you for your understanding..."

Stepping in here to follow up on this post. If anyone can help direct us to the correct Community Manager for this concern and the best method to get in touch with them, we would greatly appreciate it.
