Unable to download patch file

I have tried several times to download the 2015.05.26.0002.0000 portion of the patch file. It downloads about 40MB's and then gives me error code: 30413, 20496. I have already tried reinstalling and downloading patch files twice now.
The patch files every time I must re-install number 20,700MB's so it's getting very very frustrating. It takes hours upon hours to download them all.

Any ideas on how to fix, or can someone provide me with a mirror in which to download patch file 2015.05.26.0002.0000?

Nvm fixed. I used a VPN and that fixed the issue. Though it took all night to finish downloading the file.
Really though, shouldnt need a VPN just to download the update..
