Who we are: Mission Impossible is a raid focused Linkshell on FFXIV's Faerie server. We seek to provide a friendly environment for players to progress through end-game content at a competitive pace. Smart play, efficient use of time, professionalism and reliability are the core characteristics of our team. We are a medium core group that looks to enjoy our raid nights in addition to downing bosses.
What we look for: Mature players that are looking to clear content before the next tier drops. In order to achieve this members participate in tactics discussion in and out of game. As part of our friendly environment we expect members to handle issues and stress like adults. This means drama will not be tolerated. Finally, we expect you to be able to give and receive CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and take steps to improve.
We recruit players that: Demonstrate above average understanding and proficiency with their job(s) and fight strategies Are prepared for each raid event with required consumables and understanding of fight mechanics Maintain a professional attitude and stay motivated through the highs and lows of progression raiding Can attend at least 90% of scheduled raid events during progression
What we offer: Access Extreme and Savage mode content with a capable group Gearing opportunities for core raid members and a select group of substitutes Access to our TS3 server for raids and team socialization 8 man content 6-7.5 hours a week We have downed Faust Savage and will be starting on A1S immediately
Can't raid full time? We are looking for subs to support progression. We plan to use subs based on availability to ensure that we are working progression on all scheduled raid nights. We will offering subs opportunities to clear the content and get drops without the commitment of a full raid schedule.
