Good/Excellent Condition Odds

Following a Normal condition, what are the odds of getting an a Good or Excellent condition? Seems to me I read the following somewhere before, but can no longer find it:

• Normal: 75%
• Good: 20%
• Excellent: 5%

However, I don't know if that's accurate. Anyone know for sure?


On a side note, I like that you can now use Tricks of the Trade under Excellent conditions. While I hate to pass up any Excellent, sometimes it's just not worth the risk if Steady Hand isn't up, so this is a welcome change.
