That looks actually like the Room you enter i.e. in the Alchemy Quests.
Would be cool, if this will be something like a residental Area, but i highly doubt it. You would at least expect an empty room, where you can place furnitures and Stuff.
I think that place is from a quest.
It doesn't seem to be from the Alchemist Quest. This place definitely has a Limsan vibe to it. We'll know soon enough, I suppose.
might be cid's room in each city but who knows :p
Nice room if that the case. But that could be the room of the Limsa admiral only (still in development). :/
Could be a room for higher rank Grand Company cutscenes.
Could just be a test room with no purpose, and trust me, this game has A LOT of areas which we can't access and currently have no purpose.

Though i wouldn't put it past them to reuse these for player housing.
I'd love it if these were the rooms. Much more room for shenanigans than the XI homes had.
