[dev1137] Caravan Security. Some suggestions.

Caravan Security is an excellent content, it seems especially strategic and fun. But there is a problem.
Why if I am part of Immortal Flames can not help my friends Maelstrom?

I can not even apply for a Caravan Escort belonging to a company other than my own?

Some suggestions:

-everyone can participate in the caravan escort (the rank is necessary, of course)

-only participants from the same NPC's company receive as a reward the seals

-the other participants from different company receive only gils (always in proportion, such as seals)
