Potential issue regarding EU data center physical migration

There is a potential issue regarding EU server migration.
Taking our FC as instance, our FC consist of 200+ players and 7 steady groups, from Asia, EU, NA - evenly dispersed.

Once the data center moved, Asian players will suffer 200+ lags and definitely move to NA server. Half of NA players will move to NA server as well, because of friends or steay team member's server transfer.
The remaining half of NA players and all EU players will choose to stay. Because their amount of Gils accumulated in entire 2 years. Their hesitations in transferring may divide a FC into 2 parts and break current steady team and interpersonal relationships.

This will happen to many FC in EU server. And it can be expected that large amount of players will utilize server transfer service at that time.

Therefore, we eagerly request some temporary policy adjustment, e.g. loosen gil amount limit a player can carry when using server transfer service, for affected EU server only.
