Game shuts down when i enter western la noscea

This has happened on multiple occasions where i enter this area. I teleport to the aetheryte in Aleport and it either crashes my game as soon as i teleport or it shuts down shortly after. Few occasions i would run through the area and nothing would happen. But if i have a quest or something to do there it will shut down my game and not let me log back in. every time i click on my character to go log in after it shuts down it shuts down again in the loading screen. very frustrating because it will keep doing this the rest of the day. i am only allowed to get back on the next day and if i do not leave the area immediately it will do the same thing again and not let me on for another day. i have no other problems with the game only in this area. please help me this has put me behind a couple of weeks in game time.

You may want to update your video drivers. They change them pretty often.

Also, you may want to try switching from or to dx11 in the launcher and/or resting your gfx settings, in launcher too.

Other that that, maybe make sure your hardware has room to ventilate the heat.
