drk..... (slams head on desk)

all i see is every person defending this job. IVE YET to see a good drk. im leveling whm to 60 before i start on new classes. anyone have a links for videos of how dark is POST to be played? i'd like to not waste time lvl'ing it if it really does suck and its not just the hardcore fan boys or casuals defending it. many thanks in advance. =)

Job choice doesn't even remotely matter otherwise excluding that it kills shit faster then your Pld.

You're a paladin, replace Flash with Unleash and you're good to go.

first off, discussions is what the forums are for. second, did you not read the part where i said i dont want to waste time? i have very limited play time. the time i do have, id like to not waste. "if you havent seen a good drk thats your problem" lol actually no its not my problem, its the players who cant play it correctly whose problem it is. please never comment ever again. thanks

What part of playing an MMO is not a waste of time?

Simply pointing out the fact that, with all classes, there are some good, and some bad. AS far as policing the forums, nah, you mad bro? Also you said you were leveling white mage, and haven't seen a good DRK..Is it possible they aren't good in your standards, because of the damage they take, or aggro they hold, or what? Cause if they are getting killed, that's partly on you.

ENOUGH. In response to your question, OP, DRK is fun to play, and a decent tank class (just needs a few QoL tweaks, imo), but a lot of people are picking it up who've never tanked an MMO in their lives, much less in FFXIV, simply because it's a cool class, sometimes without even knowing what a Tank is supposed to do.

That said, this thread has degenerated into nothing but a flamewar, and needs to be locked ASAP.
