post-res invulnerability: visual cue request

Giving raise (and all its variations across classes) a short invulnerability after effect helped a lot... but a lot of people don't know it exists. Several times in primal fights, for example, I've had to mention to players that they're invulnerable for a few seconds until they perform an action. Very useful for us healers, unless they immediately fire something off and then die again.

It would be nice if this effect could appear on the player's buff bars with an explanatory tooltip.
