i182 PLD LF semi-casual raiding FC/LS

So what im looking for is kind of specific, and i havent really had much luck finding it. I am a PLD main looking to take on more difficult challenges, but I have job and a family, so no-lifing it 3-4 days a week is a no-go. I also cant log on till around 11pm EST, and play until i can no longer keep my eyes open (typically, 2-3am).

Im a bit of an old-timer in my approach to MMOs. I dont care about ilvls as much as the camaraderie. I dont care about speed runs and pace of progression as much as the fun we have doing it. I like doing difficult content to push my abilities to the limit, but I wont cry/rage/quit over being unable to progress, and I honestly have neither the time nor patience for those who do. Adhering to a schedule is no problem, but my job prevents me from starting any earlier than 11pm EST.
