Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday: 7:00 PM EST - 10:00 EST
• Saturday/Sunday/Monday: Optional (usually old content, casually done)

• Full understanding of your job.
• Continual drive to improve yourself as time goes on.
• The ability to request better explanations or help with understanding a mechanic you have trouble grasping.
• Being able to accept criticism.
• The desire to form bonds within your static instead of just being a cog within the wheel.
