Yes, this is yet another ranting topic. So I'm not even halfway through the weekly favor grinding and it's already very boring. How about cutting the grind down to half at least? 11.25 hours per week is just too much. I'd say cut the favor buff in half and double the drop rate, this would only affect the time needed to grind and not the amount obtained.

totally agree, its boring and frustrating (15 min gathering and 0 nodes, awesome!)
my idea is to lower the amount of favors we get and/or the buff duration and instead increase the spawn rate of concealed nodes. For people who wanna do more than this, they should add a second type of favors which can be bought with blue scrips but has a lower spawn rate.
The idea is to let people gather as much as they want but once the red scrips are used up, it will take longer. Something similar could be done for crafters. This way we have a soft cap to our weekly progress which can be reached by casual players. hardcore players can do more than this but with lower returns.
A favor lasts approximately 5* in-game hours. The best time to use them is when you're gathering between unspoiled/legendary nodes you care about.
It still sucks, but hey, at least you won't have to completely afk between red-script collectible gathering.
