i185 SCH with Hive weapon LF savage static

I'm looking for a group of people that know their job/role well, prepare ahead of time for raids by watching videos/reading guides, and that are dedicated to learning and improving their gameplay, but are not so serious that they can't laugh at themselves for silly deaths/wipes or have fun :).

Ideally, I'm looking for a static that does not require FC membership and is mid-core-ish, but those can be negotiated if I find a group that is a good fit.

I don't have a ton of experience with FFXIV, as I mostly played casually, starting about 2 months before T6 came out, and coming back just before HW was released. However, I do have a lot of experience in mid to hardcore raiding guilds in WoW as a healer, including one that only raided 2 nights a week but was still a top 50 U.S. guild.

I have never played a dps as a regular role in a raid, but I'm willing to learn and gear SMN if that is what the static would prefer.

I am available weekday nights from 6:30-11pm EST, Fridays can go later, and any time on Saturday or Sunday (till 11pm on Sunday). Possibly negotiable if your raid times are close to this, but not quite.

Edit: Also as a side note, I know a solid PLD of similar gear and more experience in FFXIV than I have that may also be looking for a static, has xp as a BRD (and is levelling it up), and has similar availabilities to mine.
