i was under the impression that we could purchase the old relic weapons for glamour, if we have done the things needed for the previous "tiers" come HW. Not liking the Law Bow and want to glamour the Nexus Artemis over it. Does anyone know where i can buy this? Calamity Salvager only has the base relics to sell.
You need to do relic quest up to nexus stage 1st, then the calamity salvager will sell it.
i do have it all the way to Zeta. Does it not count since it's a Yoichi Zeta already and not an Artemis Bow anymore? and no, it doesn't show the base Yoichi as well.
Try Drake in Hyrstmill, not the Calamity Salvager.

Drake in Hyrstmill! thanks for that! i wasted an entire afternoon farming for atmas since i wanted the look, and he was selling an Artemis Bow Atma Replica for, like 20-30 gil(Zeta will cost you a staggering 70 gil! lol) you need to have the relic up to zeta though, just in case anyone is wondering!
