I was wondering. Is it possible to convert a person house to a FC house?
I do see alot of people selling thier houses and if i could get one and convert it to a FC house. It would be all over it.

Not currently. You'd have to relinquish the property and repurchase it.
If you see someone selling their "house" in the PF or wherever then they are not actually selling the house, they are offering for you to pay for them to relinquish the plot that their house is built upon. Their house is destroyed before you can even buy the plot, and then at that point, if you have the right permissions and GC rank, you can buy the plot at the original full price as either an FC or a personal house. There is no way to convert a personal house into an FC house (or vice versa).
