Im just not having as much fun and crafting in this game no more as I used to. I feel like crafting gear is useless now or not as intresting like the designs are lazy the armour glamor is not fun at all. Same body armour glamour from 160 to 180 but an upgraded stat version. Stats are too low it should be alil bit higher at 180 when its hq im just disappointed but watever who cares what I think.
i180 crafted gear takes a lot more time to get than tome gear, cost is insane and the stats are a lot worse.
3.05 crafting is just poinless, they have really taken the fun out crafting for many people.
The current script gating does not make people play for longer, it makes most just stop crafting...
It doesn't look pretty good too for glamour for some gear. So it's pointless to craft them, not like when there's Kirimu Coat for bard.
I'm not sure what SE has against crafters being able to provide useful gear, especially if they're going to make it such a grind/gated thing - in XI many good pieces were crafted. There were even job-specific gear like the Shair/Shiekh set for Bard that was crafted.
There's like 0 synergy in the current system.
(inb4 "This isn't XI" - i'm well aware, but for all its faults, there are some things that XI did right)
