Only a quick question

I was searching about it but, someone knows when they goin to let queue in DF for Bismarck Ex?.

I know a lot of people cant do it in PF and maybe in DF its harder, but a lot of people move on of that content and some of us cant find a party in our servers.

(sorry for the bad english really, but no spanish forums xD)

Things like this usually take 1 minor update to happen. So my guess would be 3.1.
