[LFM][Gilgamesh] 7/8 Static needs BLM/SMN for Alexander Savage

Hello! We are one of three adult raiding teams in the free company Handwork, located on Gilgamesh.
The founding members of this team were the top one night a week hard mode raiding guild in the U.S. for three years in World of Warcraft before moving to FFXIV.

Our aim is to build up a sustained drama-free guild, a home for friendly and mature people who are busy with work and real life commitments but want to enjoy the end-game contents in dedicated, collaborative and progressive manner.
We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild that raids hardmode content on a casual raiding schedule.

We are looking for a Black Mage or Summoner for our one night a week raid team that raids on Tuesday nights from 5pm-9pm PST (8pm-12am EST). Invites go out at 4:45pm and we like to start promptly.

Due to savage mode having a very steep DPS requirement, we want our applicants to be able to output a minimum of 1100-1200 DPS on a target dummy. Please note: This DPS requirement is when using food buffs, having the INT buff provided by a party, and the use of potions. While we understand that the test dummy is not an accurate reflection of DPS in a raid setting, it is however an accurate reflection of the DPS output for Faust in Savage Mode A1.

We are only accepting applications from QUALITY players. We are looking for people that are mature, have good attendance and put time into their characters. By time I mean you like to fully research your class and encounters + spend the time outside of raiding to gear up and max out weekly Esoterics etc. This is not a carry team and everyone is expected to contribute and pull their own weight.

That being said we are a friendly group of people without elitist attitudes. We just like to progress in a fairly stable fashion and have a good time.
