Saved skill sets and accessory slots

I may be mistaken but weren't these supposed to be fixed in 1.19?

A few LS mates say that the saved skill sets were pushed back to 1.20 or later. Can anyone confirm?

I vaguely remember them saying that accessory slots would be abolished in 1.19 as well, while lowering the maximum amount of accessories we can equip.

Anyone have any info on these that I'm missing?

They said it might be delayed till 1.19a when this feature was announced.

Which, the skill sets or the accessories?

Saved skills will be in 1.19a, as they were running into problems getting it working correctly.

Once this is implemented (along with saving gear) I'll have all my wishes granted. :D
