I know that there is a possible gap of 2-12 hours in between Parts 1, 2, and 3. My question is, how soon can Part 1 pop again, after a server maintenance or after successful completion of a part 3? Does anyone know?

Got all the horns I need from Coeurlregina. Just thought I would post my camping data here, in case someone finds it useful or plans to camp these FATEs.
7/14/15 - Maintenance ends at 9:05 PM
7/16/15 - Part 1 spawns and is COMPLETED at 10:25 PM (about 49 hours after maintenance)
7/17/15 - Part 2 spawns and is FAILED at 5:15 AM (about 7 hours after Part 1)
7/18/15 - Part 1 spawns again and is COMPLETED at 9:18 PM (about 40 hours after Part 2 was failed last)
7/19/15 - Part 2 spawns and is FAILED at 3:08 AM (about 6 hours after Part 1)
7/22/15 - Maintenance ends at 2:00 AM
7/24/15 - Part 1 spawns and is COMPLETED at 8:04 PM (about 66 hours after maintenance)
7/25/15 - Part 2 spawns at 2:00 AM (about 6 hours after Part 1)
