only final fantasy lags for me. please help

Every night, starting at about 9 pm i get massive lag spikes. I ran a speed test and data test and everything is fine on my end. Other games and mmos work fine as well. what can i do to resolve this?

Having terrible lag issues as well since this most recent patch and my connection is otherwise fine as well. It isn't just during peak times though, it is constant for me since patch. They did mention they removed the auto log out for afkers feature and would put it back in if congestion became an issue; I don't know if it's related.
