bots?

i dont know which area of the forums this belongs so i'll post it here

having just recently came back to this game after a long break i was running around gathering some items so i could level up my crafting when i came around a bunch of blackmages standing ontop of each other just killing everything as they spawned, naturaly i right clicked their names to try and report them but i found out square still hasnt added an ingame report system yet which i found very disheartening.

just wondering where you go to report bots these days i dont like people cheating using bots it ruins the gaming experience and also takes up valuable server space which real players could be using instead of getting stuck on a login queue screen. anyways i recorded a video of it

Players who discover any confirmed cheats should, under no circumstances, exploit or disseminate such information. Instead, we ask that players file a report by using the in-game command [System Menu] -> [Support & Information] -> [Contact Us] -> [Report Cheating].

Taken from the banned player report. Probably your best way to report them.
What I do, is I use /echo <t> on each character I see that I suspect, so I have a log of their names in my chat log, making it easier to copy and paste into the report.

I would advise you to edit your post and remove that youtube link. In fact, might wanna delete the video from youtube as well. Garbeled names, bots, or not, it's against the rules to name-shame anyone, ever, for any reason. You may find yourself in trouble for doing so, as you cannot call someone a cheater. Only the GMs can do that.
