How to fix PvP in FFXIV in three little easy little steps...

1. Allow anyone from any grand company per side.
   
   
2. Remove PVP experience AND ranks, they are silly and stupid. Add actual experience. The same amount for doing a level 51-59 dungeon.
   
   
3. Add a large chunk of experience and or 40 law/ esotics a day for doing (not winning) PvP Frontline que.

exp is already granted in lvl 30 and 40 matches amazingly

i would be in favour of toning down the exp needed for ranks by a large margin and adding an MMR for ranked matches, have gear allowance based off performance instead of grind

you missed the largest and easiest fix to the queues though, which is removing the rank difference rules in wolves den matchmaking and the gc restriction in FL matchmaking

This is already here (has been for a while). Currently you get 40 esoterics (20 bonus + 20 base), and some extra pvp exp.

Increase the rewards to make it more viable.

Last match I got 600k healing (the healer before me in the other team got 400k)

People who get capped on their classes role should get 100 bonus currency, and if they are better then everyone else they should get another 100 bonus.

This is already on par with EX roulette, for less time and it really doesn't take much effort (you don't need to win). EX roulette every day will cap you before the weekly reset with excess tomes. Add in PVP roulette and it's basically twice as fast.

I'm pretty much only doing pvp to hit my tome cap (rather that than dungeons I've done so many times already).

Out of millions of players if less then 75 are queing then there is something wrong.

Everquest 2 had 1/10th the population and its Battlegrounds were a lot more popular.

Level 50 PvP zones should give 125k experience per run, roulette should give 200k additional experience.

Are you serious with this? Its not a big deal to spamm enough heals to get a result of 600k+ healing in total. Does spamming medica 2 for 15 minutes makes you the best healer on battlefield? Clearly not.

And btw, PvP experience is fine the way it is. I dont want more PvE content in PvP Modes. Best would be when they would remove tomes completely out of frontlines, so the whole "I dont care about the result of this match" pve player train would have an end.
