Lost data!

Please help me!
Today I went to a friends house and used her wifi in order to play the game, using my own laptop. While I was there I exited the game, making sure I was completely logged off before putting my computer into sleep mode. When I got home, I logged into the game, however once I hit play the game acts like I have not even made a character yet. My mog station and lodestone show my characters, and nothing looks wrong there, but for some reason they won't load on my computer. Please help! Thanks n_n

Try checking if you are on the wrong data center?

Yes, I do select the correct data center. My main is on Primal, which I select after skipping the controller calibration, but the intro still plays and my character data is not there. Thanks though! ^^

Check what world it says you're on. It tried putting me on the wrong one when I went to log in yesterday. Almost had a heart attack until I noticed. lol
