Losing special abilities

I play with a controller in my PC.

Lately, when I get in a mount with special abilities like the Gobbie in Alexander - Floor 2, if I change the Set I am currently in, the skills from the mount would be totally lost, with no way to get them back, unless unmounting and mounting back (which can't do because the mount disappears).

This same bug happens when I am transformed into an imp in the fight against Ultros and Typhoon. And I bet it will be the same story in any moment I get my skills changed for a special set.

For example:
If Im using the Set 1, then get transformed into an imp, the only skill I should have should be Imp Punch on the Right Trigger B button. However if by act of reflex I change to Set 3, the skill Imp Punch will be lost and will show me all the skills I currently have in Set 3 (althought all of them will be locked out of course)
