PS4 Not recognizing Heavensward expansion

I preordered Heavensward, and played it during early access. My life became busy so I had to stop but I have recently had time to come back and play, or I would if it would actually work right.

I can get into game but the title screen states that it is still "A Realm Reborn".

Here is my PS4 Main Screen to show that I have Heavensward:

And here is a pic of me to show that I have lv. 50 AST but cannot teleport to Expansion-only locations and my experience is blocked from raising above lv. 50.

I don't know why this is happening, as I have checked to see if there is anything I have missed for download, but I can't find anything.

Edit #3: There is also this:

"Visit the “Settings” menu of the PS4, then select “PlayStation™Network/Account Management,” then “Account Information.” Scroll down and select “Services List,” and find “FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.” Selecting it will show Heavensward early access. This will also grant you the in-game bonus items at release.
* Registration information will be reflected on the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station after launching the game for the first time after Early Access has begun."

I got the items and everything, and its listed in my services so I don't understand.

Did you receive a 12 digit code through email/inside physical copy that needs to be entered into ps store to enable HW access on your account?

OMG lol.

The email I was checking was the wrong one. I thought I already activated it anyway. I found a code in the right email address, but they are doing maintenance right now. I'll try it and see if that works.

Thank you so much. (: Though I found it weird I could play when i did without it actually being activated. lol

Edit: Nevermind. This is the 12 digit digital code I put in to install it. And, again, I already put in a code for my account for early access. So I should already be registered.

According to Square's own FFXIV pre-order information that is.

* Users who pre-ordered the PlayStation®3 / PlayStation®4 download version will already be fully registered from the time they pre-ordered the game, so they will not need to register a separate promotion code.

Did you bought it from Amazon? Cause if that's the case your code is faulty. Need to talk to Amazon and explain the situation, they will give you a refund. Then buy the game from the PSN store.

No. I pre-ordered/bought it from EB Games. But I'll check out the thread.

Edit: So since I got it from EB Games, and no longer have the receipt since I had already used both codes, I am going to HAVE to rebuy the game? That's not right. Even though I already had access to it originally.

there is a card in the case. it will have a code. Now to add that code you go into your PSN account you will see a icon with 12 on it. put the code there. then it will have you confirm you have the new update. after 5 minutes log into you Square account and you will see that the Heavenward is selected. then your done.

I had to add the code 2 times So be carful how you put the code into you PS4 system.

THE CODE IS ADDED TO THE PS4 NOT INTO YOUR SQUARE ACCOUNT.

OK so if you got the game from EB games. and you did not get a disk you can go back to EB games and they will reprint you your slip again. all they will need to do it look up your number.
