Allagan Tombstones are obtained by doing various content. Level 50 content will give you Poetics, while Level 60 content will get you Law and Esoterics (and sometimes Poetics). These can be traded for various gear and crafting mats in Mor Dhona and Idyllshire.
Rowena Tokens are obtained by doing the EX primal fights questline, iirc. They can then be traded for weapons in Mor Dhona.
Idk what allagan tombstones are either.
Not sure I've ever even seen any allagan tombstones in this game.
