Creating your own 1-person FC

Is it possible to create your own FC, get 3 people to temporarily join just to create it (or however many is needed), and then boot the 3 people with them knowing ahead of time that it was going to happen? Does the FC remain or does it disappear once the membership count goes to 1? Does SE care if people do this type of thing to get their own FC?

I am not ready to join a FC yet, still looking around and don't want to join one and eventually find I'm not a good fit for it and then have to find a way to politely leave. At the same time it would be nice to have a way to stop the blind FC invites so I don't have to reject or ignore them without having to have /busy on all the time. Just wondering if creating my own FC is a viable temporary solution.

Its possible yes

Yes it is possible, keep in mind that if you get to the point of airship crafting you will need 4 crafters to progress a project (and it is possible to get outside of FC members, but it is easier to encourage FC members within).

Thanks for the info. I'd only be in the FC until I joined a "real" one, so I probably wouldn't need to be concerned about airship crafting.
