Hi I have some questions
- how and where to store item outside 100 items in charactor's slot ?
- how to recieve give items from both FFXIV CE ?
- Could item from CE can share with another charactor in same accounts and same world ?
- Please advice what new player should do (Quest or anything that necessary)

1. You can hire two retainers for free and then a total of 8 following that, each retainer can hold up to 175 slots - so a lot of space. Also consider that you have an armoury that can hold items, you unlock the armoury shortly through the story. Bare in mind you can only unlock the retainers after finishing "The Scions of the Seventh Dawn", you can read more about retainers here:http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Retainer.
2. You can purchase a CE upgrade through the mog station, this will get you the CE items (except for 1.0 you cannot obtain 1.0 CE items anymore). Please wait a few hours after purchase, it does take the moogles a while to prepare your package. For safety I recommend using the "Account" button in the FFXIV Launcher (before you login to the game), because people may try to get your password (that button will take you to the mog station~).
3. Within the same account all characters of any world will have CE items, or veteran rewards (rewards for staying subscribed).
4. I recommend following the main story with the class/job of your preference, do not be afraid to try other classes, but there is a benefit in having one higher level class to be able to guide your lower level classes. The main storyline will also unlock and teach a lot of game mechanics as you go a long. Any class below your max leveled class will receive 100% more exp until level 50, in which case it will be 50% until 60 or your currently highest leveled class[job]. **
Some big moments from following the story:
You'll gain access to airships, You can get a chocobo at level 20 (purchased via Grand Company seals) - will help travel faster and at level 30 can unlock the ability to fight with you, you can be rewarded seals from FATEs and buy yourself gear without gil, you'll head towards unlocking a job, travel a lot of lower Eorzea gaining access to many quests and teleport points.

**Once you unlock your job you should consider leveling the two classes your job will take abilities from, especially if you are going to be a healer. Thaumaturge has a instant cast ability that is incredibly helpful to raise someone who has fallen during combat, people will want you to have those skills. Luckily you will be leveling at an incredible rate, until you get to your max leveled class. Definitely post again if you have questions on cross classing abilities :).
