Housing Issue on Exodus

Hello,

I recently acquired an FC with the intent of releasing the housing plot and transferring it to my own FC. Unfortunately, one of the past members of the FC with the house has a private room that is glitched and cannot be released (they are no longer in the FC, I am the only member). Because of this I am unable to release the plot of land. Please help.

The normal way is you need to have the master of that FC boot the inactive member, the room should clear out afterwards then you'll be able to relinquish.

Since its bugged, the member is already removed, the only way to resolve this is to contact SE and have them do it server side.

"Contact SE" seems to be the issue. That was the goal of posting it here. I don't know where to go to get help from SE.
